OK, I’ve already posted Gmork, a track that actually has a very simple build, but also some deep noisy grooves (and the label where it was put out also hosted/hosts Xhin’s classic Link - see Soundcloud snippet below). Obviously, it is a darker track, no surprise, since:

Gmork, a werewolf, is one of the villains, a servant to the power behind the Nothing. His physical appearance is that of a large, wolf-like creature with night-black fur and capable of human speech. The film shows him as having short, dark, blue-black fur and luminous green cat-like eyes, as well as more fangs than an ordinary wolf would have.

Gmork’s primary mission in the Neverending Story is to track down and kill the young warrior Atreyu.” - Wikipedia

I don’t dig these title selections, but something really clicked when listening to this track, no matter how simple it is.

Just figured it out, while playing around and banging some techno tracks out loud, It is not the very werewolf nature, it is something more simple: Gmork is like a train. A good old diesel train. Dogs hate train, children hate trains, but everybody else loves trains - diesel trains, obviously.

And the promised “Link”:
